Why the World was slow in helping Pakistan?
The World which arms Pakistan in the name of 'fight against terror' wasn't too keen on sending some speedy aid to Pakistan in it's fight against nature. India was little late to send aid for flood victims, but was quicker than many of the nations.
The attitude of the World is still puzzling!
