UPA govt is worried about V. Anand's nationality!
I always thought Chess Champion V. Anand could never get into any controversy. Such is the image of this gentleman. But in a bizarre incident HRD ministry questioned Anand's nationality with regard to a doctorate being confered on him by Hyderabad Varsity!
It's indeed a joke that UPA govt has very little knowledge about one of the most distinguished sports persons of India. May be Anand should start playing cricket!

The World which arms Pakistan in the name of 'fight against terror' wasn't too keen on sending some speedy aid to Pakistan in it's fight against nature. India was little late to send aid for flood victims, but was quicker than many of the nations.
